Κουρκουτόπιτα (Pie with batter)
Cake with cheese and red peppers
4 cups flour
2 yogurts with skin
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 sachet baking powder
Pepper
Sausages of your choice
White cheese (Greek feta)
Mix flour with the baking powder
Mix the eggs, add the yogurt
Add the flour slowly and mix
Once the dough get form , add the vegetable oil
Mix until we have the same texture of cake
Add vegetables, pepper and (feta) cheese white
In a buttered and floured baking pan pour the mixture
Spread the mixture with caution because it crashes
Bake at 180 degrees until it become rosy
