Savoury Pinwheels
These are really yummy and simple to make so I hope you can make them! Sorry about how bad the lighting is in this, I filmed this on a different camera to the previous video Here is the recipe: Ingredients: ~ 1 sheet puff pastry ~ 2 tablespoons tomato paste ~ 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs ~ 1 spring onion, sliced ~ 1/4 small red capsicum, diced ~ 1 slice ham, shredded ~ 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese Method: 1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Cover baking tray with baking paper. 2. Place puff pastry sheet on a clean chopping board and spread with tomato paste. 3. Sprinkle pastry evenly with herbs, vegetables, ham and grated cheese. 4. Roll up pastry to make a long roll. 5. Using a sharp knife, cut pastry into 1-2 cm slices. 6. Place pinwheel flat on the baking tray. 7. Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes till cooked and golden brown in colour. Place onto a cooling rack. Allow pinwheels to cool.
